New Genie SX-180 roars into the hire fleet

Hot on the heels of the introduction of the largest boom in the world – the JLG 1850, JMS Powered Access welcome Genie’s highest reaching boom.

The Genie 180SX Telescopic Boom Lift is available for hire – long or short term.

As a telescopic boom (also know as stick boom or straight boom) the SX180 delivers a large working envelope, with an outreach above 24m.

One of the key features is the speed at which the genie telescopic boom reaches its maximum work height, taking just five minutes. The Genie SX-180 boom lift is also fully drive enabled even when telescoped to its full 180 ft (54.86 m), which means less adjustment downtime improved  productivity, alebit with a safety 0.1mph drive speed above 50m (165ft ). Rotating Jib rotation also enables precise positioning of the platform area.

The Genie SX-180 has a 340kg platform capacity spacious 2.44m x 0.91m platform area (8ft x 3ft) – suitable for two workers plenty of tools equipment to be delivered safely to the work area.
